Continuing Education

Main Building For over 25 years, Retreat Healthcare has brought high quality, clinically relevant continuing education to the region. Our mission is to provide educational opportunities for staff and area clinicians whose practice involves the treatment of mental health or addictive disorders. Our workshops provide specific information, which can be integrated into the clinician's practice for the purpose of improving patient care.

The Continuing Education Department seeks to respond to the educational needs of clinicians as identified through conference evaluations, Continuing Education Committee minutes, and in-house and regional requests from clinicians or institutions whose practice would relate to that provided by Retreat Healthcare. Retreat Healthcare continuing education seminars are intended for psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists and other physicians, social workers, school counselors, nurses, educators and other professionals seeking the most current information on behavioral health issues.
