General Information

Fees

Early registration fees must be received no later than 30 days before the scheduled event. Fees are as follows:

One day courses: $125 early registration; otherwise $140.
Two day courses: $180 early registration; otherwise $200.

There is a 10% discount for online registration, which will be reflected during the checkout process.

Group or Bulk Registration

Any combination of four or more registrations qualifies for a bulk discount. This includes registrations for the same person attending multiple events, two or more people from the same organization attending multiple events, or any other combination. We can arrange for large group discounts for organizations. Please call the Manager of Continuing Education at 1-877-274-3050.

Refunds

Fees are refundable after a $30 service charge up to two weeks prior to the event.

Retreat Healthcare makes every effort to hold scheduled conferences regardless of the weather. In the case of inclement weather, please call (877) 274-3050 for information. Refunds will not be given due to weather when the conference is held as scheduled.

Schedule for Full Day Events at the Brattleboro Retreat

8:00 AM Registration and continental breakfast
8:30 AM Introductions, conference begins
1:00 PM Lunch (included with registration)
4:00 PM Conference ends, distribution of credits

Meals

Continental breakfast and lunch are included as part of your registration.

Book Sales

Most events will feature a bookstore run by Baystate Books . The presenter's texts will be available for purchase, as well as many other texts relating to the topic or recommended by the presenter. A portion of proceeds from book sales helps support these continuing education events.

Directions to Retreat Healthcare, Brattleboro, VT

North and South: I-91 to Exit 2. Left on Western Avenue to Main Street. Left onto Main Street. Follow signs for Route 30 North, bearing left at Park Place and then turning right on to Route 30.

East: Route 9 West. At the roundabout on Routes 9 & 5 go left following the sign for Route 5 South. Bear right after Vermont Information booth. Stay in right lane and turn right on to Route 30 North.

West: Route 9 East to Brattleboro. Left onto Main Street. Follow signs for Route 30, bearing left at Park Place and then turning right on to Route 30.

All: Retreat driveway is on your right. Follow the signs for visitor parking. Conferences are held in the Education Conference Center, located in the Administration building to your left as you enter the Retreat.
