Betsy Blum Jacobs, MA, LCMHC

Betsy Blum Jacobs, MA, LCMHC, is a graduate of Antioch New England Graduate School where she earned a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Her areas of expertise include trauma recovery and healing, treatment of depression and anxiety, women’s issues, stress, anger management and relationship challenges. She has worked in private practice, addictions residential treatment, colleges, and a community setting specializing in the treatment of trauma. Betsy provides a full range of psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, families and groups. She employs innovative modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), visualization, and spiritually-based psychotherapy. Outside of work she enjoys skiing, hiking and spiritual explorations.
